Ongoing Prayer Focus

  • God’s Leading & Discernment – That every step of this mission remains led by the Holy Spirit.

  • Unity & Love – Within the mission team, with local partners, churches, and visiting groups.

  • Provision & Stewardship – For wisdom, resources, and faithful management of all God provides.

  • Health, Strength & Protection – Physical, emotional, and spiritual covering for all involved.

 

This Week’s Specific Prayer Requests

·      Pray for Kenny as he travels through borders, through Mexico, and into Belize—covering him with safety, peace, clarity, and protection at every checkpoint and mile.

·      Pray for Miguel’s brother, who was found unconscious on the side of the road. He has undergone an MRI in Belmopan. We ask for full healing, clear answers, and the Lord’s peace over him and his family.

·      Pray for Rafi’s family following the passing of his brother. Lift up his brother’s wife, children, and extended family—that they would be surrounded by comfort, provision, and the nearness of God during this season of grief.

·      Pray for Adita, a sister, who had surgery recently after a fall broke her arm. She has an MRI scheduled soon to check nerve damage. We ask for full healing and for clear answers.

·     Pray for Upcoming Mission groups will begin arriving in Belize at the end of January.
Prayers for:

·      Healthy, Christ-centered relationships

·      Unity between local believers and visiting teams

·      Wisdom in how we assist their outreaches

·      Lasting relationships that continue beyond a single trip

·      Effective ministry that truly reaches Belizeans in need

Pray for job creation—that sustainable work opportunities would open for Belizean families, bringing dignity, provision, and long-term stability through honest labor.

 

Praise Reports

(God is always faithful—even in the middle of heavy weeks)

  • God’s presence felt, not rushed, not loud, but steady and near.

  • Faithfulness in the small things. Provision and energy for daily meals, garden work, conversations, showing up.

  • Kenny’s safe flight into Memphis, and safe travel towards the Mexican Border.

  • Opened doors and unexpected opportunities to have prayer with strangers.

  • Plans underway for mission group arrival.

  • Continued unity and forward movement in mission planning.

  • Peace and strength during a heavy week.

  • Even when situations were unclear, God covered every step.

  • Emotionally and physically, we have been sustained.

  • Even before visible fruit or jobs, the groundwork is being laid

This Week’s Specific Prayer Requests

·      Miguel’s Brother, we continue lifting Pedro, who has now been brought home and is being cared for in Miguel’s household. We ask for healing, strength, and peace as he rests. Cover Miguel and his family as they care for him—grant endurance, wisdom, and grace in each moment.

·      Desi’s Family, we pray for Desi and her family as they grieve the passing of her uncle. Surround them with comfort, unity, and Your nearness during this time of loss.

·      Desi’s Brother, Faustino Yam, we lift him up, he has fluid on his lungs. We ask for relief, healing, and wisdom for those caring for. Him. Bring ease to his breathing and peace to his body.

·      Adita, we continue praying as she prepares for her MRI appointment on Wednesday. Go before her, Lord—bring clear results, good news, and full restoration.

·      Upcoming Mission Groups, as mission groups prepare to arrive, we ask that You prepare hearts, schedules, and connections. Let every interaction be guided by humility, wisdom, and love.

·      Job Creation, Lord we continue praying for sustainable job opportunities. Open doors for honest work that brinks dignity, provision, and long-term stability to Belizean families.

·      Youth Group Growth—Father, we thank You for the interest growing among the youth. We pray for continued growth, consistency, and hearts that are open to truth, hope, and belonging.

·      Miguel’s Farm and the Farm where we are. Bless the planting, soil preparation, seeds, and daily labor. Send the right balance of rain and sun, protect the crops from pests and disease, and bring healthy growth and fruitful harvests in due season. May these farms become places of provision, learning, employment, and blessing—feeding families, creating work, and reflecting Your care for the land and the people who tend it.

·      Vegetables in the garden are slowly surfacing—life emerging at its own pace.

·      The van has arrived safely at the farm!

·      Desi’s brother was given a wheelchair and raised bed, allowing him to sleep more comfortably.

·      A strong turnout at the youth event—young people showed up and engaged.

·      Strength and endurance were given for each day’s responsibilities.

·      Even in uncertainty, God provided what was needed at the right time.

·      Steady progress is being made—nothing feels rushed, yet nothing is stalled.
